Our Process
Our process typically follow a process flow that involves several steps to produce different types of fertilizers and nutrients required for plant growth. The following is a simplified explanation of the common processes involved in our manufacturing plant:
Raw material storage
This process involves storing raw materials like phosphorus, nitrogen, and potassium in bulk quantities.
Pre-processing
Depending on the type of raw material, it may need to undergo pre-processing before further processing
Mixing
After pre-processing, the raw materials are mixed in the required proportions to form a homogenous mixture.
Granulation
The mixture is fed into a granulator, which is a machine that forms small, uniformly sized granules. This step is important because it allows for the controlled release of nutrients into the soil, which ensures efficient use of the fertilizer.
Drying
The granules are then dried to remove any excess moisture. Excess moisture can lead to caking or lumping of the granules
Cooling
After drying, the granules are cooled to reduce their temperature and prevent any further chemical reactions.
Packaging
The final step in the process involves packaging the granules into bags or containers for distribution.
